We made an impromptu trip to Chicago where we took a boat ride down the Chicago River followed by spectacular view of the fireworks from the Lake. Loved it. Leah loved it, thinking she owned the boat. Kara actually did well. I was kinda schocked. We had never taken that trip in the evening. We loved seeing he skyline at night. How beautiful! Never really realized how bright the top of the John Hancock building was at night. Have to admit thought, seeing the Sears Tower and trying to think of it as the Willis Tower was really weird. Silly British people renaming that. :)
Awe! How fun! Missed being with you guys this week. Ally and I would have loved being there. Can't wait til Christmas! Now that Ally's mobile, it's gonna be a blast! :)
